It is said, Americans have the most expensive urine. This does humor me a bit considering we have long been viewed has the self obsorbed, ego tisticle, arrogant, we're the best and F the rest American.

Well we can officailly add having the most expersive Urine to the list that puts us at the top of these very honorable stereotypes. We officailly have the most expensive urine in the world.

The fact is that 90% of any suppliment you take does not get absorbed by your body. In actuallity it passes right through and is of no nutritional value to your body. This seems a bit ironic considering there are billions of dollars a year spent on health and nutrition vitamins, suppliments etc.... So remember next time you pick up that $30.00 bottle of vitamins...90% of those nutrients are going to be flushed down the drain...litterally!
